Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and platforms operated by The Linear Group, LLC (“The Linear Group,” “we,” “us”), including GrabADumpster (grabadumpster.com). By using our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. About Us
The Linear Group, LLC is a holding company operating a portfolio of SaaS and e-commerce platforms. Certain platforms operate as marketplaces that connect customers with independent third-party service providers. On those marketplaces, the independent provider — not The Linear Group — performs the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Prices are shown before checkout. Placing an order authorizes us to charge the payment method provided. Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, or access issues, as disclosed at booking. Platform service fees are disclosed at checkout.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation and rescheduling windows are shown at booking and vary by service provider. Cancellations after a service is dispatched may incur a fee.
5. Communications and SMS
By creating an account you agree to receive transactional email about your account and orders. If you provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive automated text messages about your order, including confirmations, scheduling updates, and messages from the service provider fulfilling it.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies by order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, including: violating law, infringing others’ rights, disposing of prohibited or hazardous materials, attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping, or interfering with the operation of our platforms.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
On marketplace platforms, independent providers are solely responsible for the services they perform, their licensing and insurance, and their compliance with applicable law. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Linear Group’s total liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Linear Group, LLC and its affiliates from claims and expenses arising from your use of the services or your breach of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
